M99my is more than just another betting platform. We are a platform built from day one with a single clear goal: to be the first choice for Malaysian players who want a betting experience that is safe, fair and enjoyable — in their own language, using the payment methods they rely on every day.
Ask the founders of m99my why they built this platform and the answer is simple — they were frustrated players themselves. Malaysian players back then were stuck using overseas platforms that had no grasp of local needs: interfaces in languages that were hard to follow, complicated deposit processes with no Malaysian e-wallet support, uncompetitive odds, and customer support that was slow or simply couldn't communicate in Bahasa Melayu.
That frustration was the spark behind m99my in 2018. We started with one core principle — build a platform that Malaysian players actually want to use, not one they're stuck with because there's no alternative. A platform available in Bahasa Malaysia, where deposits and withdrawals work with Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, where Malaysia Super League odds are genuinely competitive, and where you can reach customer support in BM at any time.
These six years haven't always been straightforward. There were moments that called for big decisions — chase rapid growth, or build on solid quality. We chose quality. We took the time to select game providers that are genuinely accredited. We invested in high-level security systems before scaling further. And we built a customer support team that truly understands what local players need.
The results speak for themselves. Over 500,000 registered members. Over 500 games. Over 20 football leagues. Live betting with odds updated every few seconds. And a platform that keeps growing, keeps improving — shaped by feedback from Malaysian players whom we treat as partners, not just customers.
M99my believes that good betting is responsible, transparent, and genuinely valuable to players — not just taking money without delivering a worthwhile experience. That's why we work every day to be a better platform than we were yesterday.
These aren't just words — they're the principles that guide every decision we make.
To provide the most trusted, most user-friendly and most relevant online betting platform for Malaysian players — delivering Sports Betting, casino games and poker that are fair, transparent and entertaining, in the language and culture they know.
M99my is here to ensure every Malaysian player can enjoy betting entertainment with complete confidence — knowing their money is safe, the games are fair and help is always there when they need it.
To become Malaysia's number one online betting platform of choice by 2027 — not just in size, but in trust, user satisfaction and continuous innovation that keeps pace with the ever-evolving needs of local players.
We envision a future where every Malaysian player — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu, from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching — has access to a platform that truly understands them.
This isn't a slogan — every point below is something you can test and verify yourself.
M99my uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and your personal information. This is the same level of security used by Malaysia's leading banking institutions. None of your data is stored without encryption, and any third-party access requires your explicit consent.
All slots, Live Casino, and poker games at m99my use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent international auditing bodies. The RTP displayed for each game is a verified figure — not a number we made up to look appealing. You can trust that every spin and every hand is completely random.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — every payment method Malaysians use daily is accepted at m99my. Deposits are processed within minutes and withdrawals to e-wallets are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. No hidden fees on deposits or standard withdrawals.
The m99my support team is made up of Malaysian staff who are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and understand the local context. You won't need to explain your issue in a second language or make sense of an awkwardly translated reply. Live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
M99my is built with a mobile-first approach — every element, from the odds buttons to the Live Casino interface, is optimised for Android and iOS smartphone screens. We also account for the realities of Malaysia's network conditions — the platform performs well on standard 4G, not just on fast WiFi. No additional app download required.
M99my provides daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, mandatory cool-off periods and self-exclusion options for players who need them. We take this seriously not because we have to, but because we genuinely believe that players who bet responsibly are the ones who will continue enjoying our platform for the long term.
Behind the platform, the systems and the numbers you see lies a team of people who wake up every morning with one responsibility: making sure Malaysian players get the experience they deserve. These values aren't just hanging on an office wall. They shape every decision we make, every single day.
All the payment methods you already use every day — available on m99my without any added hassle.
